About:
	Individual finance is a collection of 35 financial(DOS) applications designed to enhance 
financial planning for both the future and present needs !.
	All financial programs are developed with both novice as well as experienced planners
in mind. All financial programs support both the HP laserjet and Dot matrix printers for high
quality print-outs.
	When registered the user will be entitled to receive the remaining 31 applications 
all the newest revisions(free) cxurrently version 1.0 is the latest, and a discount on the 
Windows version currently under development!. One of the 31 files contains also a Master Menu 
with descriptions to help navigate the many applications.

The four applications on the demo disk are:

Coll-sav- Helps you estimate future costs of college and calculate needed savings
Save-Tax-Calculate real rate of returns for savings based on inflations and taxes.
Real-Est-To calculate a real estate investment rate of return.
Mortgage-To determine how much of a mortgage a person can afford.

Life_ins- To determine the suggested amount of life insurance coverage.

Ratios- To calculate relationships amound credit usage and other personal financial data.
Rent-Buy- To compare the cost of renting vs buying housing.
Retire- To determine the amount needed to save yearly to have the necessary funds when retired.
Sav-Accft- To calsulate the future value of a savings account.
Stock- To calculate dividend yield, earnings per share, P-E ratio, and number of shares purchased
	in a dollar cost averaging program.
Tax-Liab- To estimate federal taxable income.
Unitpric- To determine the unit cost for various consumer purchases.

All these applications are "stand-along", DOS apps, which may also be run in Microsoft Windows!.
